FAQs

What does Wazi do, exactly?

We turn your goals into an execution plan: diagnostic review → roadmap → calendar-synced tasks → recurring check-ins → live KPI dashboard.

Who is Wazi for?
Owner-led small businesses (~$100k–$1M+ revenue) that want clarity, cadence, and measurable progress without hiring a full ops team.

How does onboarding work?
Week 1 diagnostic → Week 2 Executive Business Review → Weeks 3–4 roadmap & dashboard setup → then your chosen cadence (monthly, weekly, or on-demand).

What do I get each month?
A focused review (MBR/QBR), KPI updates, priority plan for the next period, and calendar-synced tasks with owners and deadlines.

What’s the difference between the plans?

  • Plan & Pulse (Monthly): monthly review + dashboard refresh.

  • Drive & Deliver (Weekly): weekly check-ins + rolling KPI updates.

  • Command & Respond (On-Demand): rapid check-ins, alerts, and real-time re-prioritization.

How much does it cost?
Plans start at $500/mo. One-time onboarding/business review is typically $1,500–$2,500. (Annual discounts available.)

Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
Month-to-month with 30-day notice (aligns to our Terms). Annual options are available for a discount.

What results should I expect?
Clarity on the 3–5 moves that matter, visible accountability, and measurable progress on KPIs within the first 30–60 days.

Do you execute work or just advise?
We own the cadence, prioritization, and project management. Your team executes. Implementation help is available as an add-on or via partners.

What if my data is messy or limited?
We start simple (core KPIs and leading indicators), then increase fidelity as data improves—no rip-and-replace required.

Which tools do you integrate with?
We meet you where you work: spreadsheets, calendars, accounting (e.g., QuickBooks), CRMs, ad platforms, and docs. Behind the scenes, we use Airtable and Softr.

Who owns my data and outputs?
You do. You own your Client Content and the outputs we produce for you. We process your data only to deliver and secure the service.

How do you protect sensitive information?
Least-privilege access, encryption in transit/at rest, MFA on admin, confidentiality obligations, and an incident-response process. NDAs on request.

Do you use AI?
We may use software to summarize and structure information. We don’t allow vendors to train general models on your Client Content without your direction.

What’s in the KPI dashboard?
Targets vs. actuals, trends, traffic-light statuses, drill-downs, filters, alerts, and one-click conversion of insights into calendar-synced tasks.

How often are KPIs updated?
Monthly on Plan & Pulse, weekly on Drive & Deliver, and continuously/on-demand on Command & Respond.

What’s your support response time?
Plan & Pulse: within 72 hrs; Drive & Deliver: 48 hrs; Command & Respond: 24 hrs (or better) during business hours.

Do you have case studies?
We can share a sample Business Review and a dashboard demo now. Client stories will be added as engagements complete.

Can you work with my team directly?
Yes—role-based access, owner assignments, and shared timelines keep everyone aligned.

How do we get started?
Book a short intro, we’ll confirm fit, send an onboarding checklist, and schedule your diagnostic. Clarity first. Execution next.
